A Simple Process

LIV has developed an application and lease processthat is tailored to today’s savvy students and their parents. The typical lease process starts with a visit by you or your son or daughter to the leasing office. All parents of students that do not meet income requirements on their own will need to sign the Guaranty Agreement, which is then inserted into the completed lease. Our leases are by-the-bed, which means that all residents are individually responsible for their own beds and only share in any common area damage that may occur to the apartment. Customized for the UW’s busy student, we provide a simple solution for online payments via our website portal.

As the guarantor, you would also be accepting this responsibility, as do all the other guarantors. We believe that by designing the lease in this way, we ensure a safe and responsible community and provide the best possible situation for our residents and their guarantors.
